Welcome to Enhance yoga. Classes are hatha style and run for 1 hour. There is no need to book and all are welcome. If you are already connected to a mat please bring it along otherwise, feel free to use the ones provided. Tamika's focus is on correct body alignment and breath, this will allow you to gain the best out of your practice. Please contact Tamika if you have any questions. Namaste!

Tamika offers private classes to individuals that are new to yoga, recovering from an injury or feel more comfortable in a private one to one setting. These run for 1 hr 20 minutes and include a chat about your individual needs ( tight muscles, injuries etc). Yoga props such as blocks and belts may be used to assist you through out the session. A relaxing 20 minute meditation will finish off the session.
